Planning ahead

On New Year’s Eve I said that I wasn’t going to have any resolutions for 2015 but I was totally wrong! For a moment there, I let myself go when I said that, but I have snapped myself back to reality. THANK GOD! I want all sorts of things for my year. I want to save enough money to buy a house…in 2016.  I want to be a pilates goddess. I want to test myself more in the kitchen. I want a Tory Burch handbag. I want more time with my friends and family. I want to travel. I want to buy a dog (Australian Shepherd). I want all sorts of things!  Love too!

So, since my reality check, I thought I would share my list of recipes that I’m looking to try and master this year.

Zucchini Noodles

Crème Brûlée

Stuffed Artichokes (like my Grammy’s)

Chicken Coconut Curry

Pan-seared Tuna

Paella

Baked Cinnamon Apple Chips(not really a challenge, but YUM)

I mean, some things never change…like how much I love food.

I think that will keep my busy for the time being! I’ll FOR SURE blog about these and hopefully nothing will end up on fire…except the crème brûlée, of course.

Any good resolutions around the bend for you?

Love food. Love L&L. My blog resolution will be to try each dish you create this year. And convince you that I should have an official guest room in your 2016 home.
