What you need:
1 slice of bread, toasted
Salt and pepper to taste
While your bread is toasting, start smashing the avocado until it’s to the consistency you would like. I like a few chunky pieces left over but to each his or her own! Add 1/2 lime (squeezed) and salt/pepper to taste. Use half of the avocado mix and place it onto your newly toasted bread. TIP: Use the rest of the avocado in your salad for lunch. EAT UP. It’s so yummy.
THE GREATEST PART. There are so many different ways you can avocado your toast. Add a sunny side up egg and red pepper flakes. Add scallions and tomato and feta. Add cream cheese and chia seeds. Add goat cheese and turkey bacon. Add tomatoes and basil. ENDLESS IDEAS.
I just had plain avocado today but I’m looking forward to trying all the different ways I can energize my mornings.
